Behavior Modification 013 con't

Upon such frustrations is life built.  "Hey this is Dexter and a rug!"  I don't know what happened to the "is" and I didn't mean to suggest that Schuster was a rug.  The device would not let me add the "is!"   Choices!

Great pleasure of the day.  Exercise:  in Walmart, Berea, KY, or anywhere, find the aisle where they have the fruit juices on one side and the canned fruit on the other.  Then exercise by trying to reach the Dole 4-pack of red grapefruit segments, "no artificial sweeteners".  That will take 5 to 10 minutes. Since you have to find them on the top shelf, usually pushed back and unreachable, but that is another reason my cane comes in handy.  I fish around in the upper depths until I hook a 4-pack and pull it forward until I can reach it.  Exercise done.  I always buy all the grapefruit they have, which is never more than three, no matter how often I check.  Walmart, the people's place!

But now for the pleasure!  Having gotten the red grapefruit segments cold in the fridge, take one out (more exercise, my life is just full of it, er, so to speak!), gently peel the plastic cover on the little cup back just far enough to expose the contents a little, half an inch to an inch.  Holding the cup in one hand (my left; whatever works for you though), put your lips against the rim of the cup, gently, and slowly suck the juice out in little swishes.  So good.  You may, nay must, eat the segments once you have the juice.  They are very tasty too.

If red grapefruit segments, no artificial sweeteners, are not to your taste, try the same exercise with the Dole mandarin 4-packs.  That is where I go once I have eaten all the red grapefruit!  Walmart usually has plenty of mandarin packs, no artificial sweeteners. The juice in those is equally suckable and almost as good.  Well, there it is, exercise and pleasure tip of the day, or week, given my busy schedule.  Oh, those little succulent (pun intended!) mandarin fruits can also be put into a small tossed salad.  Choose life!  L'chaim!
